There should be more stars available ! - I have nothing but praise for Billy, his ability to go quickly to the heart of the problem, to solve it, and to add a few extras whilst on site. Nothing seems too much trouble, and he will not be beaten by any circumstances, just remains cool, calm and collected until solved. Having used SOS Computers before for our business, they were our first port of call when we had issues with our home CCTV installation. As we expected, prompt arrival and efficient, successful resolution to our problems - even explained additional features of our system that we didn't know about! Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended
The only problem with Billy and SOS is that he is so good that there is sometimes a short delay in him getting to you though he always gets back to you very promptly. Still, it is well worth any wait as there is nothing that Billy does not know from complex but quick computer gliches to total builds, CCTV, networking, TV, and much more. His charges are very reasonable and he is both quick but very thorough. Talk about multitasking, l am always dumfounded how many things he can do at once.
Been using SOS for a long time and their excellent service continues to impress however small or big the issue. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services .

Five stars is understating just how flamin' useful Billy and his team have been to us. SOS have solved every problem that we've had with our home PC system and improved it beyond belief. We spent years fiddling about with wifi extenders and boosters and had bundles of cables and wires everywhere. Billy sorted the lot in a logical and efficient way, hard wired in an extra router and explained what he had done and why. Subsequent and separate issues have been sorted with similar efficiency. It's not often that one pays a bill and thinks "Blimey- that was well worth it." Five-star service. Nope, six. Brilliant.
Ive been most fortunate that (touch wood!) over the years I haven’t had too many problems with ‘computer failure’ but when I’ve had i don’t think twice I just pick up the phone and say HELP Billy Dean of SOS Computers! I would confess I’m not up with the technology jargon and that’s where Billy is great: he doesn’t treat me as an idiot. He uses words that even I can understand. Not only he is knowledgeable he is also a personable guy which makes dealing with him a pleasure. He’s never failed to solve whatever problem I may have had.
