I’m William Dean, founder of SOS Technical Solutions. In my early days working for a major supermarket, I loved getting to know and understand my customers. It also made it easy for me to anticipate what they needed – usually before they did!

I took the same approach into my own company, to help you get the best possible results from digital technology. It should be useful and reliable, not scary and confusing!
